Lifetime Warranty

All of our products are made from the finest materials in the world. As a result, every Single Edge product, as well as all other products on our website, is backed by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty applies to the original owner under responsible use of the product materials and construction. Exposure to any harsh chemicals, or damage caused by chewing, exposure to extreme weather, neglect, etc., is considered abuse and will void the warranty. If your product does not live up to our promise, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

If you purchased your gear from one of our retail partners, rest assured that we have you covered, too. However, there are a few important things to note:

1) Make sure to keep a copy of your order receipt or invoice from the retailer. Without your receipt or invoice, the product will not be eligible for warranty. Our warranty does not apply to any item purchased from anyone other than one of our official retail partners. Any item purchased from Amazon, eBay, a neighbor, a friend, etc. will not be eligible for warranty.

2) Customers who purchase gear from our retail partners are responsible for all shipping costs that may be incurred. You can choose the same shipping method as for orders from our website.

If it doesn’t work hard, last long, and be tough, we don’t make it.
