US Customers

Free Shipping Over $35

We offer free shipping within the US on any order over $35. Shipping is a flat rate of $5.99 for any order under $35. Orders are typically shipped within one business day, with a transit time of approximately 2-5 days. This means your order will arrive within 3-6 business days, often less!

US Return Policy

To process a return within the 100-day trial period, simply email Support@mattressespillows.com and one of our team members will assist you with your request.

Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable and the return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please indicate this as a return on your commercial invoice.

Returns are not accepted outside of the 100-day trial period.

International Customers

Most orders are shipped via FedEx International Connect Plus. This method takes 6-10 business days. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the order and the country of destination.

We strongly recommend that you include your phone number in the shipping address. If any problems arise during shipping or delivery, the carrier will usually contact you directly to resolve the issue. Customers are responsible for not receiving notification from the carrier.

While we are able to ship to most countries, unfortunately we are currently unable to ship to a few countries due to unreliable delivery or courier coverage. Below you can find countries we do not ship to:

International Return Policy

Due to logistical complexities and differences in international shipping regulations, we do not currently accept international returns. Managing cross-border returns involves complex shipping, customs, and tax processes, which can cause delays and increase costs for our customers, but we are continually improving our services to meet the needs of our international customers. Commercial invoice will be marked as "goods" and the value of the shipment will be marked equal to the order amount. Shipments may not be marked as gifts or marked for less than the amount paid.

VAT, GST or any other duties/taxes/charges are not applicable to prepayment of international orders and are not included in the shipping costs calculated at checkout and may be collected upon delivery. Additional customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the recipient. For countries such as Canada, UK, EU, Australia, Mexico, Ireland and Japan, duties and taxes are included in the shipping costs.
