Refund Policy

To process a US return within the 100 day trial period, simply email Support@mattressespillows.com and one of our team members will assist you with your request.

Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable and return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please indicate this as a return on the commercial invoice.

Returns are not accepted outside of the 100 day trial period.
